Youth Ministry

“Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. ”
COLOSSIANS 3:1-3

Sunday Mornings

eNGAGE gOD'S wORD. sTRENTHEN yOUR FAITH.

Sunday morning classes take place during the 9:00 a.m. service. Middle School students meet in the Youth Center and High School students meet in the A-Frame.  We are walking through the Bible with the Gospel Project curriculum on a 3-year cycle, and though it builds off of previous weeks you can still jump in with us anytime. We hope you can join us!

Wednesday Nights

Get Connected. Go Deeper.

Supper

There is supper available starting at 5:30pm. Students & familes are welcome to eat together in the Fellowship Hall, and students can also bring their food over to the Youth Center to eath with friends.

Worship & Teaching

After supper, students will all start up in the Youth Center at 6:30pm for a time of worship led by our Youth Band and will hear a brief lesson. We are studying the Paul's missionary journeys in the book of Acts.

Small groups

From 7:15-8pm students will meet for small groups. This provides an opportunity to build relationships with students their age as they play games, pray for one another, and grow in their faith by engaging in God's Word together.

Games

After small groups from 8:00-8:30pm, students will meet up in the Worship Center to play games or hangout just outside it as the night wraps up. This is where parents should pick up students that aren't driving themselves home.

Winter YOuth Retreat
@ Cedar Canyon Camp

This is a great opportunity for students to grow closer to Jesus while experiencing the thrill of exciting adventure activities. This retreat will run Friday evening through Monday morning, and will be packed full of engaging worship, intentional teaching on the gospel of Jesus Christ, opportunities to fellowship with one another, and exciting activities (including an option to ski/snowboard at Terry Peak on of the afternoons - there will still be activities running at camp for those who stay).
This release form covers all youth activities with Rimrock Church from September 1, 2024 to August 31, 2025. It is required to participate in special events, but you only need to fill this out once per student per year.
