Our Small Communities can help you develop relationships, better appreciate God’s unchanging Truth, and give you a chance to serve others with others. We’re designed for relationships with Christ and others and small communities can provide that opportunity. All community groups listed are open groups so you can just show up or contact the office for more information at

Opportunities to further discover God's truth with others. 

 

  • The Book of Philippians: Join us for this in-depth study of this book. We will study the same verses as in the week’s sermon. Open Door class meeting in Room 202 at 10:30 am. Led by Mikel Homa
  • The Book of Hebrews: Join us for a a verse by verse study on this amazing book. Meeting in the Gathering Place at 9:00 am. on Sunday Mornings. Led by Daren Beckloff & Sherman Westvig
  • Thrive (parenting class): How do we help guide our children to live Godly lives amidst this kind of cultural climate? This class will shed light on how with increased knowledge of youth trends, adults can be more discerning in their parenting strategies and better able to anticipate the needs of their children as they navigate the often challenging waters of their culture. Meeting in Room 109 at 9:00 am. Led by Boomer Roland
  • How the Tabernacle can Speak to God’s Glory in Your Life: How does the Tabernacle reveal God's desire to dwell among His people? Come and see how a knowledge of the Tabernacle is important to your experience of God's glory today. Come get wisdom and understanding while communing in God's word. Meeting in the Library at 9:00 am. Led by James Aasgaard & Christian Dietz

 

 

Wednesday NightsOpen to everyone, including the entire family with childcare (babies through 4 years old) and groups for all other ages. We meet at 5:30 dinner and 6:30 small groups: We meet during the school months. 
  • American Gospel: Christ Crucified: In our culture it is common for preachers to soften the offense of the cross, and the attributes of God that are displayed in the person and work of Jesus Christ. This group will explore how the paths of post-modernism and progressive Christianity lead to a different gospel, and a god created in our own image. Led by Josh & Katie Nebelsick
  • Growing in the Grace and Knowledge of God: A study that will address the basics of our Christian faith. Led by Mikel Homa
  • James: Guidelines for a Happy Christian Life: This study focuses on practical guidance from James; providing intriguing examinations of scripture through extensive exegesis and commentary, as well as, detailed observations and probing questions. James calls all believers to live a life that demonstrates saving faith marked by godly behavior. Led by Levi A. & Ryan Benham
  • Precept Upon Precept: Philippians: This is an inductive study of Philippians with homework between meetings. Led by Terri Haggerty. Please contact Terri with any questions at 605-390-3095 or
  • The Created Design, Identity, Sexuality: A walk with Jesus into understanding the anatomy of the seen and unseen human design. Our identity in Christ is the greatest truth-in-love story in His-story. Led by Laura Bonsness
